4. Inspection & Refund – Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
